Secondary Science Tutor Position in Tower Hamlets

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physics Graduate to join our team as a Secondary Science Tutor in Tower Hamlets. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to their academic success.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring teacher to gain valuable hands-on experience, supporting GCSE and A-Level students in achieving academic progression. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teachers in planning engaging lessons, preparing resources, and managing the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run small group interventions and 1:1 sessions with students, ensuring they grasp key concepts and develop confidence in their abilities.
  • Support GCSE Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, with a chance to support Sixth Form students.
  • Inspire students to develop a passion for Physics and STEM subjects, supporting them in preparing for exams and practical assessments.
What We Offer

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £20,800 - £25,750 per annum (pro rata), paid weekly on a PAYE basis. This role also offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators and contribute to the growth and development of our students.
