Science Tutor Secondary Schools in Islington

Location: Islington, North London
Pay: £100-£110 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Full-time, 08:30 - 16:00 (term-time only)

Were looking for passionate Science graduates to join secondary schools in Islington as Science Tutors This role is perfect for recent Science graduates who are interested in a career in education or eager to make a positive impact by supporting students learning in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.

Science Tutor - About the Role:

As a Science Tutor, youll work closely with students, providing one-to-one and small group support to help them build confidence and understanding across the sciences. Youll collaborate with the schools Science department to deliver targeted support, assist with exam preparation, and tailor your approach to meet the individual needs of each student.

Science Tutor - Requirements:
  • A degree in a Science related subject (2:1 or above preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for education
  • Prior tutoring or teaching experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Dedication to helping students reach their potential
