Complaints Resolution Specialist

One to One Personnel is seeking a skilled Complaints Investigation Technician to join our team on a temporary basis. This remote role will involve investigating customer complaints and adverse events, and documenting findings in accordance with established work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform root cause investigations and product analysis for customer complaints, adverse events, and non-conforming products.
- Document investigation findings into the complaint handling system.
- Support administrative staff in processing complaints and routing files as necessary.
- Assist engineers with complex investigations to resolve customer complaints and identify root cause of issues.
- Investigate products based on established priority guidelines.
- Facilitate product complaint investigations by transferring devices to physical inventory areas upon receipt.
- Technical knowledge gained through education or substantial work experience.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Laboratory, or Regulatory environments.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good Technical Writing Skills.
