Complaints Investigation Technician

One to One Personnel is seeking a skilled Complaints Investigation Technician to join our team on a temporary basis. This remote role will involve investigating customer complaints and adverse events, and documenting findings in accordance with established work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform root cause investigations and product analysis for customer complaints, adverse events, and non-conforming products.
  • Document investigation findings into the complaint handling system.
  • Support administrative staff in processing complaints and routing files as necessary.
  • Assist engineers with complex investigations to resolve customer complaints and identify root cause of issues.
  • Investigate products based on established priority guidelines.
  • Facilitate product complaint investigations by transferring devices to physical inventory areas upon receipt.
Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge gained through education or substantial work experience.
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Laboratory, or Regulatory environments.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good Technical Writing Skills.
