About the Role

The Helpdesk Support Specialist will play a vital part in the mobilisation of our new contract, working closely with Clients, Managers, and Operatives to ensure contractual commitments are met and targets are completed on time.

Key responsibilities include using our latest I.T systems to provide a Helpdesk support service, dealing with telephone enquiries, and scheduling work onto PDA's or to Sub contractors within specified timescales.
