Aerospace Support Delivery Specialist

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Support Delivery Specialist to support the delivery of its Wildcat Integrated Support and Training (WIST) service. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Service Delivery Manager and Head of UK MOD ISO's to ensure the successful delivery of WIST contractual commitments.
About the RoleThe Aerospace Support Delivery Specialist will be responsible for managing an availability service for the MOD Wildcat Fleet, including management, technical support, spares support elements, aircraft provision and training to ensure that each service element is delivered to schedule.
You will also be responsible for ensuring all contracted tasks are delivered through the utilization of multi-functional and cross-discipline integrated project teams, and ensuring contractual obligations are discharged and that the required service levels are achieved within company budgetary constraints.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent level in business management and a relevant technical discipline, or significant knowledge of aerospace, defence and related business areas, gained through at least 10 years direct experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an availability service for the MOD Wildcat Fleet, including management, technical support, spares support elements, aircraft provision and training.
- Ensure all contracted tasks are delivered through the utilization of multi-functional and cross-discipline integrated project teams.
- Ensure contractual obligations are discharged and that the required service levels are achieved.
- Promote and encourage a joint and partnered approach to business with the customer and key industrial partners.
