Zest Optical is partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit a Service Manager for the UK & Ireland to join their senior leadership team. The company is a well-established leader in the optical industry, and this role will take on full responsibility for three core areas with full P&L responsibility for the service division.

**Service Manager Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the UK & Irish service department, including taking full P&L responsibility, managing outsourced service agreements, overseeing internal service and support teams, recruiting service engineers and support staff, and developing and nurturing relationships with key customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the UK & Irish service department with full P&L responsibility
* Manage outsourced service agreements with service partners
* Oversee internal service and support teams, including staff management and training
* Recruit service engineers and support staff
* Develop and nurture relationships with key customers

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a service management or operations management role within the healthcare sector, possess a technical/IT qualification, ideally to degree level, and be a technically focused Service Manager who is confident and articulate.

**What We Offer**

* Base salary up to £70,000
* Bonus up to £20,000
* Comprehensive benefits package including company car, pension, and medical insurance
