Territory Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Territory Sales Development Manager to join our team in the South East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and product awareness across assigned B&Q stores, building strong relationships with store staff and customers, and meeting sales targets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with store staff and customers.
- Conduct product training sessions and workshops to promote our products and services.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
