About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Territory Sales Development Manager to join our team in the South East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and product awareness across assigned B&Q stores, building strong relationships with store staff and customers, and meeting sales targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with store staff and customers.
  3. Conduct product training sessions and workshops to promote our products and services.
  4. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
