As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be working on a range of landlord and occupier fit-out projects, as well as large new build commercial builds up to £150m. You will be responsible for delivering commercial projects from inception through to completion, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering commercial projects from inception through to completion
  • Managing teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues
  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules

Requirements:

  • Construction project management experience
  • Project management experience with a multi-disciplinary and/or construction consultancy
  • Track record of delivering commercial projects
  • Team management experience is beneficial
  • MRICS, MCIOB is ideal
