About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Centre Lead to join our Vodafone UK team. As a key member of our Business Technology Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts in a demanding, round-the-clock environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively investigate, analyse, and diagnose network issues using provided data collation and network analysis tools.
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and support your team, fostering a sense of accountability and responsibility to ensure their performance meets the highest standards.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on the performance of your team and individuals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, providing feedback and regular coaching in collaboration with the NOC Manager.
  • Take proactive responsibility for technical support and issues arising within the data centre environment, working with associated service desks to ensure incidents are correctly addressed and directed to the appropriate resolving agency.
  • Analyse data and generate insightful reports using spreadsheet software.
Requirements
  • Significant experience leading a 24x7 Network Operations Centre (NOC).
  • Ability to manage and support a team in a demanding, round-the-clock environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet software to organise, manipulate, and present data.
