Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production processes and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Oversee a team of fabricators, welders, press brake operators, and assembly personnel
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks to promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Manage job cards and production planning to optimize workflow
  • Control stock levels and manage budgets to achieve cost savings
  • Ensure quality control standards are met through regular inspections and audits
  • Assist with HR functions, including recruitment and training

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in production management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
  • Fabrication background essential, with time-served Fabricator/Welder experience preferred

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary range based on industry standards and location factors.
