About the Role
We are seeking a Hospitality Host to join our highly skilled team at Porthaven Care Homes, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Serving Delicious Meals: Deliver high-quality food service that supports residents' wellbeing and contributes to their overall positive experience living with us.
- Providing Person-Centred Hospitality: Engage with residents in a friendly, engaging, and helpful manner, bringing joy to their faces.
About You:
You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a focus on hospitality. No prior qualifications are needed as we provide full training, making it an excellent opportunity to learn something new and make a difference in the lives of older people.
The successful candidate will undergo satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
