About the Role

Industrious is a leading provider of premium workplace-as-a-service solutions. We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing new business sales team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for driving top-of-funnel activity by responding to inbound phone calls, direct email inquiries, and website inquiries. You'll also be responsible for converting inbound inquiries and applications into tours and sales, which will drive member and company growth.

This role will be based in London and will report to our Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outbound sales initiatives to achieve weekly targets
  • Manage and book all inbound conference room inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential prospects via phone calls, email, and chat
  • Re-engage with potential members, address their needs, handle objections, and communicate the benefits of Industrious
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Marketing and Unit Ops teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales
  • Organized and administrative tasks come easily to you
  • Ability to work within systems and multitask
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
What We Offer

The annual basic salary for this role is £28,000. You will also be eligible for bonuses based on performance against sales targets.
