At B&M Retail LTD, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated HR Professional to join our People team based at our Distribution Centre in Middlewich. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing effective and efficient HR advice to support Managers on generalist HR issues and wider employee relations.
With this Generalist HR Advisor Role, you will be responsible for reporting to the People Business Partner and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. You will work closely with Managers to ensure that they receive the best possible HR support, enabling them to focus on delivering excellent results.
