Employee Relations and HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team in Middlewich. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR advisory services, managing payroll, administering employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and preparing HR reports. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with an external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely information is delivered.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, contracts, personal files, and HR databases.
- Assist in all HR queries and liaise between internal and external bodies to resolve matters promptly.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics, supporting the business in data-driven decision-making.
- CIPD L3 or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR Advisory/Administration role is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work minimum 3 days a week in an office environment.
- Proactive, flexible, confident, and positive attitude.
