HR Generalist Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a private equity-backed business with high growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, administering employee records, providing HR advisory services, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and preparing HR reports.
Key RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- CIPD L3 or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in an HR Advisory/Administration role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in an office environment (minimum 3 days a week).
- Proactive, flexible, confident, and positive attitude.
