Maternity Cover Dental Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic dental nurse to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clinicians in the surgery, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
- Decontaminate the surgery and instruments, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Work in the Laboratory Department, providing 3D intra-oral scans and supporting the manufacture of essix retainers.
- Utilize our practice management system (SFD) to manage patient records and appointments.
- Perform reception duties, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
- Dental nursing qualification and registration with the GDC.
- Previous orthodontic nursing experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided for non-familiar tasks.
- Ability to work part-time as part of a job share arrangement.
- Bonus scheme and yearly bonus.
- 8 hour shift pattern.
- Relocation to Galashiels, TD1 3AF is required.
