Role Overview
INEOS Automotive is looking for a skilled Global Digital Media Lead to drive the company's performance marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive media buying experience and a solid understanding of the media landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy in accordance with the global marketing strategy
- Use media to convert interest in the brand into key conversion actions including test drives, configurations, brochure downloads, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work with agency partners to create and manage ads across key social and digital platforms, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Develop timing and budget plans, as well as identify key milestones required from the strategic response to brief, the creative response to brief, the 360 comms plan, and all key approval stages
- Approve day-to-day optimisations, channel budget splits, etc. to ensure delivery in line with targets
- Develop best-in-class reporting for the benefit of the marketing team and for reporting clear and simple performance updates to senior management
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brand's channels and assets
Requirements
- Extensive media buying experience, as well as a solid understanding of the media landscape and the mechanics of how different digital media channels work together
- Highly numerate, analytical, and able to understand financial, market research, and digital data
- Experience media buying for global brands in an international context is essential
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on targeting, creative optimisation, automation, and attribution in digital marketing channels
- Solid skills in at least one of the global marketing platforms we use, such as Google DV360, Google Ads, SA360, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and multiple projects at any one time, organisational and project management experience is essential
