Bank Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide safe and effective medication administration, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of up-to-date clinical practices.
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
