Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, taking into account residents' needs and preferences.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
- Good knowledge of clinical practices and experience in care planning and risk assessment.
- Understanding of relevant regulations, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
