Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans, taking into account residents' needs and preferences.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) and a good knowledge of clinical practices. Experience in care planning and risk assessment is also essential. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who prioritises resident-centred care.
