Land Manager - Renewable Energy

Piper Maddox is working with a reputable developer of solar and battery storage technology in the UK, seeking a skilled Land Manager to join their team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a land manager to take on a new challenge in the renewables sector. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying suitable land for renewable energy developments, negotiating land acquisition agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with landowners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure suitable land for solar and BESS developments
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with landowners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners and stakeholders
  • Liaise with grid and planning teams to ensure site feasibility
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled land manager with experience in commercial negotiations, option agreements, and easements. A chartered surveyor with renewables experience is also encouraged to apply.
