### Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the delivery of the marketing strategy to help the Community team achieve their member recruitment and retention objectives
* Build, check, and assess the performance of regular email newsletters
* Help deliver and assess the performance of digital recruitment and retention marketing tactics, including email marketing and PPC
* Assist with copywriting for marketing campaigns and social media
* Manage the creation of design assets for use in marketing campaigns
* Understand and support members directly by responding to and resolving member queries, both via social media and our customer service platform
* Assist with our social media strategy
* Assist team members with activities to recruit medical students and their transition to doctor members upon graduation
* Help to plan conference and event attendance
* Input into the ongoing collection of data and insights from users

### Requirements:

* Excellent command of written English and attention to detail
* Creative problem solver
* Experience in a digital marketing environment
* An understanding of email marketing software
* Knowledge of the healthcare sector/marketing to healthcare professionals
* Demonstrable data analysis skills
* Experience representing a brand at events or conferences
* Experience with video editing software
* An understanding of basic SEO principles
