Job Title: Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Hill Group UK, you will be responsible for securing reservations, contract exchanges, and legal completions of new homes in line with company targets. This role involves managing sales areas to the highest standard and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying process. Mandarin language skills are essential, with Cantonese also being ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets by securing reservations, exchanges, and completions.
  2. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales progress.
  3. Maximise sales opportunities through effective negotiation and customer engagement.
  4. Ensure properties are presented to the highest standard, including show homes and sales areas.
  5. Provide excellent customer service, resolving any complaints and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
  6. Liaise with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Assist with marketing events, launches, and promotional activities.
  8. Support and develop other Sales Executives in the office, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.

Success Measures:

  1. Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction in line with the company's Customer Journey.
  3. Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  4. Maintaining exemplary standards in sales areas and supporting marketing efforts.
