We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Major Gifts Fundraiser to join our team at the University of Cambridge. As a key member of our Development and Alumni Relations office, you will play a critical role in securing significant gifts to support the University's most impactful priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and execute major gift fundraising strategies to secure transformational gifts
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, senior staff, academics, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive major gifts fundraising plan
  • Engage with donors to understand their interests and goals, and develop tailored approaches to secure gifts
  • Work closely with the University's senior leadership to identify and pursue major gift opportunities
