BMW Car Sales Representative

Redwood Search is seeking an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive to join our client, a well-established family-owned automotive business in Malvern. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for cars and sales to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Build Rapport with Customers: Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Complete Sales Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for each sale, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving business growth and success.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in car sales, with a proven track record of success in new and used vehicle sales.
- Full UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
• Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 6:00 pm (with one day off every other week)
• Saturday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm
• Sundays: Ad-hoc for shows and special events
