Car Sales Professional

Redwood Search is seeking a skilled and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for cars and sales to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable new and used vehicle recommendations
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to ensure a seamless experience
- Negotiate final prices and handle customer queries professionally
- Complete necessary paperwork for each sale and ensure adherence to manufacturer standards
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in car sales (new and used vehicles)
- Familiarity with working to manufacturer standards and targets
- Experience in Motability and F&I is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence is required
- Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 6:00 pm (with one day off every other week)
- Saturday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm
- Sunday: Ad-hoc for shows and special events
