BMW Car Sales Representative

Redwood Search is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our client, a well-established family-owned automotive business in Malvern. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual with a passion for cars to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers through effective communication, completing sales paperwork, and meeting sales targets. If you have a proven track record in car sales and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong customer base through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in car sales (new and used vehicles).
- Full UK driving licence is required.
Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 6:00 pm (with one day off every other week)
Saturday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm
Sunday: Ad-hoc for shows and special events.
