About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Volkswagen Passenger Cars Virtual Showroom Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our innovative Virtual Showroom platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live virtual tours of our Volkswagen Passenger Cars, providing customers with an engaging and informative experience.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with the Live Tour Team Lead and other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new products, services, and technologies.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content, including script writing, filming, and editing of video footage for use within the Virtual Showroom and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Dynamic and responsive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting business objectives.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
