About the Role:

COSMO Authentic World Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Team Leader to join our team. As a Brand Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving the success of our restaurant operations and ensuring that our team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operations Management: Continuously help to maintain a motivated and high-performing team, ensuring that our restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and excellence.
  • Leadership Development: Develop and implement leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team leaders and managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year's supervisor or management experience within a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant business.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of guiding and developing teams – coaching, mentoring, and sharing enthusiasm.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Talent for spotting and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Certifications: Fire Marshall/Warden, Health & Safety Level 2.

Necessary Training: Necessary training is available for the right candidate.
