We are looking for a Healthcare Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hospitals meet the highest standards of care and safety.

About the Role

">
  • Lead, develop and have oversight on patient feedback metrics including overseeing complaints procedures.
  • Reviewing data on quality of care measures, such as infection rates and readmission rates, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing clinical best practices, policies, and procedures and maintain good governance practices in terms of document controls.
  • Providing assurance on compliance with CQC regulation, ICB quality agenda and NHS(E) initiatives and national requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Incident management; to lead, provide oversight and expertise in management of clinical incidents; providing support and leadership to clinical specialities on good reporting, identifying trends, quality reporting and appropriate action planning.
  • As a private hospital, the role will assist in monitoring and responding to customer feedback and lead on monitoring a range of governance, clinical effectiveness, and patient safety activity, supporting the Head of Clinical Services (Matron) in delivering the quality agenda across Woodthorpe Hospital.

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
