Are you a seasoned quality assurance professional looking to take your skills to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Verifier / IQA to join our team at KM Recruitment.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Standards, up to Level 5. This will involve internal verification, quality assurance, and supporting a team of assessors in their roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out internal verification and quality assurance of Health and Social Care apprenticeship standards, to Level 5.
  • Support a team of assessors in their roles, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Develop, plan, and execute quality improvement plans to drive continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Conduct regular standardisation meetings and observations of teaching and learning.
  • Ensure timely achievement of learners and update sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisation requirements.

About You:

  • You must have experience working as an IQA for Health and Social Care Apprenticeships, up to Level 5.
  • You hold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
  • You possess occupational competency in care at management level.
  • Ideally, you hold an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • You have a full, clean UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
  • You are flexible with travel and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary and Benefits:
