Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment (TLA) within the College.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving quality improvements through robust processes, leading targeted interventions, and demonstrating substantial experience in internal quality assurance activities.

About the Role

  • Developing and implementing effective quality improvement initiatives: Utilising robust processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders for quality delivery: Proven ability to work effectively with awarding organisations and key stakeholders.
  • Leading targeted intervention and improvement planning: Strong problem-solving abilities and solutions-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in internal quality assurance: Extensive background in leading and executing internal quality assurance activities.
  • Teaching/training experience in Further Education and Higher Education: Successful history of teaching or training in a FE & HE context, with a track record of achieving good or better outcomes for learners.

Salary Information

We offer an attractive salary package, including a competitive annual salary of £45,000 - 60,000, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working opportunities, a generous pension scheme, and perks package.
