Job Title: Sales Representative

Finning, a leading provider of equipment, services, and solutions to the construction, mining, and energy industries, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and sales support tools to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:
  • Product and industry knowledge of construction equipment.
  • Demonstrable success in previous sales roles.
  • Understanding of local marketing principles and territory/sector planning process.
  • PC literate with strong working knowledge of MS Office and Finning CRM software.
