About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising and Events Coordinator to join our team at Zest 4 Talent. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing fundraising events, campaigns, and activities to support our charity clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with participants to ensure support and guidance throughout their fundraising journey
  • Assist with the online fundraising system and educate participants on its use
  • Motivate and assist participants, providing excellent customer service and support while managing time constraints and workload
  • Work closely with the events team to coordinate smooth event execution and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in creating engaging social media content, blog posts, and collaborate with the social team to promote successful fundraising efforts
  • Contribute to the development of fundraising strategies and ideas, working closely with the fundraising and events team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in charity fundraising and events coordination
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Positive and agile approach, with a willingness to work as part of a team
