Are you a dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a qualified educator to support students with SEMH needs and trauma at an alternative provision school in Worcestershire.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.

  • The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and experience working with children who have SEMH needs.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored teaching strategies to help students overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £35,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a £100 joining bonus.
