Reports to: UK Director of Operations

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum pro rata

Job Summary

The Rota and Clinic Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services. This dynamic and patient-centric individual will be responsible for maintaining and managing clinical rotas, pharmacy rotas, and shift-based working for the operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage clinical rotas: Identify gaps and provide cover where needed to ensure continuity of care for patients.
  • Maintain and manage pharmacy rotas: Ensure smooth business operations by managing pharmacy rotas.
  • Manage shift-based working: Coordinate shift-based working for the operations team.
  • Work closely with operations and clinical teams: Ensure continuity of care for patients by working closely with the operations and clinical teams.
  • Effectively manage processes: Ensure a smooth transition for onboarding clinicians by effectively managing processes.
  • Manage annual leave and absence: Manage annual leave and absence in the clinical team.
  • Support operational and clinical recruitment: Support operational and clinical recruitment and onboarding.
  • Collate feedback and complaints: Collate feedback and liaise with the Head of Governance on complaints and compliments.
  • Report incidents and significant events: Report incidents and significant events and liaise with the Head of Governance.
  • Support clinicians: Support clinicians working in the service with operational queries.
  • Liaise with product and tech support: Liaise with the product and tech support team on technical issues.
  • Work closely with line manager and team: Work closely with the line manager and wider team on service improvement.
  • Attend work-related meetings: Attend work-related meetings as required.
  • Maintain training and policies: Maintain all mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPs.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of work experience: Required.
  • Working in a healthcare environment: Advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail: Required.
  • Ability to work with senior clinicians and managers: Required.
  • Excellent communication skills: Required.
  • Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry: Required.
  • High level of IT proficiency: Required.
  • Ability to work under pressure: Required.
