Key Responsibilities:
- Manage debt collection activities to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and complaints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection, credit control, or consumer credit services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Benefits:
- Basic salary: £28,000 per annum.
- Overtime pay (OTE) of up to £4,000 per annum.
- 33 days annual leave (25 days + 8 Bank Holidays).
