Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is expanding its Enterprise Customer Success team. As a Cyber Security Business Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across our UK&I customer base.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a passion for building long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and delivering outstanding service. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.
About the role:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Darktrace customers, ensuring they gain maximum utility from their Darktrace deployment. This involves conducting business reviews with client executives, presenting and demonstrating Darktrace cyber threat defense solutions, and fostering relationships with key decision-makers.
A minimum of 3 days per week will be spent in our London office, with regular travel to visit clients nationally and regionally. Full and ongoing training will be provided as you develop your relationship-building skills and deepen your understanding of cyber security and AI.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Darktrace customers, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes and drive adoption
- Conduct business reviews with client executives to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Present and demonstrate Darktrace cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and security experts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and facilitate subscription renewals
- Monitor customer engagement to assess risk and improve account health
About you:
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and have experience in a customer-facing role. While prior experience in cyber security or sales is not necessary, you will need to be able to quickly understand technical information and process large amounts of data.
What we offer:
- An estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
