Job Title: Care Home Manager

A dynamic and experienced Registered Care Home Manager is required to lead our exceptional care home in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our residents while promoting their interests and understanding their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the delivery of person-centred care services that meet the needs of our residents.
  2. Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, supervision, and support to ensure excellent care standards.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure business objectives and CQC compliance criteria are met.
  4. Work closely with the Customer Relations Team to maintain optimum occupancy and control costs.
  5. Collaborate with the Hospitality and Maintenance teams to ensure exceptional standards in the home's environment.
Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with CQC.
  2. Experience and knowledge of working in dementia care.
  3. Proven track record in management and delivery of high-quality care within a residential setting and financial management planning.
  4. Proven experience of managing a care team, encouraging, leading, and motivating others.
  5. Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate.
