Care Home Director

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential care home in Peterborough, Lincolnshire.
As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of multi-skilled professionals, including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering, and Site Maintenance Personnel.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements:
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Care
- Proven experience in managing a residential care home or Deputy Manager looking to take the next step
