We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Peterborough, Lincolnshire. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.
The successful candidate will have a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and be able to demonstrate their ability to lead a team of multi-skilled professionals, including Deputy Managers, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering, and Site Maintenance Personnel.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the environment is compliant with local governing bodies and that the care home operates in line with commercial and quality outcomes.
