The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership and showcase their precision and expertise in financial management, making a meaningful impact on our client's operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Liaising with Property Managers regarding managing of client finance and leaseholder reporting requirements
  • Communicating with leaseholders regarding account-related matters and supporting Property Managers with reporting obligations
  • Conducting audits of accounts and compiling year-end packages for the accountant
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborating with third-party accountants/auditors during year-end processes, distributing accounts to all relevant parties, and dealing with any enquiries

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in financial management and property operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
