About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Service Charge Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts and Finance team in Ringwood. As a Service Charge Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of Service Charge accounts for multiple retirement developments across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development budgets process in accordance with the Churchill Estates workflow
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Produce 'Year End' accounts
  • Compile Audit Files
  • Prepare development budgets, supporting the Lodge Managers and Area Management teams
  • Deal with Homeowner queries about their service charges and accounts

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a friendly communicator, and a team player who enjoys being part of an office-based team. Previous accounting and budgeting experience is an advantage, and you should have a strong attention to detail when dealing with numerical data. You will also have experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel to intermediate level, and ideally the Qube Property Management System.
