About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management and business development initiatives.
  • Support the sales organization in discussions with customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, OEM conversion, and value creation.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan and pipeline to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the ideation and implementation of sales initiatives, such as campaigns, training, and sales enablers.
  • Stay up-to-date with category knowledge, products, and applications to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the industrial sales industry, markets, trends, and developments.
  • Ability to liaise with different stakeholders within the organization and customers' stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
