About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and increasing customer spend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify new opportunities and increase sales
  • Support the sales organization in discussions with customers and provide input on sales initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, markets, trends, and developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of the industrial sales environment and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
