Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager will play a key role in the activation of major global sports sponsors and the delivery of partnership rights across various events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute an annual sports partnership activation plan for a major global sponsor, including hospitality, brand, digital, and broadcast content.
    • Manage partnership activations across various events, utilizing other departments within the organization to ensure ROI.
    • Collaborate with the Partnerships & Commercial teams to deliver a commercial partnerships strategy and timeline.
  • Coordination & Delivery
    • Coordinate partnership management for various events, including the Aramco Team Series.
    • Prepare partner manuals, meeting agendas, minutes, and work-in-progress documentation.
    • Manage partner inventory across physical and digital branding, golfing inventory, and guest management programs.
    • Work closely with Marketing and Communications teams to integrate partner narratives into event messaging.
    • Track team task management and workloads across partners and events.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Create and share reports with key stakeholders.
    • Maintain good working relationships with Series and event partners.
