About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of mechanical services and surveying functions relating to commercial and operational properties, including heating, gas, air-conditioning, ventilation, hot and cold-water services, and fire sprinkler systems.

This is a diverse role in a busy team, requiring experience of managing contractors, organizing maintenance schedules, and following up actions arising from routine inspections, repairs, and planned maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to organize their own workload, and possess good communication skills with customers and within the team.

They will also have a proven track record in working on commercial property in a maintenance and management role, with a strong understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality services to meet the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of mechanical services and surveying functions
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the efficient operation of buildings
  • Conduct routine inspections and repairs to identify and address any issues
  • Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external customers
