About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to join our team as Head of People.

As Head of People, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence within our organization. This includes establishing strong relationships with our Senior Leadership Team, overseeing escalated HR cases and cyclical activities, and providing expert counsel and guidance.

You will play a key role in promoting continuous improvement and adaptability across the business, encouraging employees to embrace change as an opportunity for growth and development.
