Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in creating individualised timetables to meet each child's abilities and needs.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education.

Requirements:
  • Resilience and ability to understand the reasons behind challenging behaviour in students with SEN.
  • Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support students with SEN.
  • Previous experience in a SEN environment with challenging behaviour.
