Special Needs Learning Mentor

This role involves providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs in a truly personalised, caring and supportive environment.

As a Special Needs Learning Mentor, you will be provided with thorough intervention training and support to help you make a real positive impact on the children's lives and education journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs
- Develop and implement learning plans tailored to each student's needs
- Assist in creating individualised timetables to meet each child's ability and needs
- Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education
Requirements:
- No specific qualifications are required as full training will be given
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
